Halloween Season

 

Skulls, pumpkins, witches

start appearing in the stores

the ghosts and jump-scares

start making me feel at home

the creepy music

and scary movies

fill the air

and the colder weather settles in

and my soul starts to thrive.

Why She Can't Leave
